Updates to HLR, Crossfire Arena 2, HLGG servers.

All servers now migrated to more stable Ubuntu VMs.
New maps on Crossifre Arena 2 server. Map list visible on server page. When the server has more than 5 players it allows for RTV and voting for a different map.
HLR HLGG and Crossfire #2 servers now have a fixed Galileo map voting plugin. which will no longer get stuck at the end of the map timer.

Next up:
Currently satisfied on how the servers are setup, so will pause working on any changes.
Some hardware upgrades might happen in september, with possible downtime of a couple of hours.
